The Town of Montezuma is accepting sealed offers for the purchase of the following described personal property:

Any party wishing to inspect an item may contact Superintendent Brad McGrannahan at 765-245-2759 to arrange a time to view the item during regular business hours. All items are being offered for sale AS IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

 

Sealed offers for these items will be received by the Town until 6:00 p.m. on December 15, 2022. Late bids will not be accepted. The Town Board will open each timely offer received on December 15th at their meeting at the Montezuma Community Center beginning at 6:00 p.m.

 

Persons interested in submitting an offer for items may submit a sealed written bid in­person to the Town of Montezuma Clerk-Treasurer, 1243 Jackson Street, Montezuma, IN 47862, or, by mailing the bid to P.O. Box 37, Montezuma, IN 47862.

 

Persons wishing to submit bids on multiple items must submit a separate sealed bid for each item. Each sealed bid should reference on the outside of the envelope the name of the item being bid upon.
