NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2201-MF-000015, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Paul L. Fortner, II, AKA Paul Fortner, AKA Paul L. Fortner, Janet L. Fortner, AKA Janet Fortner and Town of Montezuma were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 21st day of July, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Lot Number Thirteen (13) and the North Half of Lot Number Twelve (12) in Block Eleven (11) in the McGinty Addition to the Town of Montezuma, Indiana.
These lots are identical with Lots Number Thirteen (13) and the North Half of Lot Number Twelve (12) in Block Number Eleven (11) in the Montezuma Land and Improvement Company’s Addition to the Town of Montezuma, Indiana, and which the latter have heretofore been described in former deeds by metes and bounds as part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty five (35), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Nine (9) West, Parke County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
