TO: All Named Defendants:
To the parties named hereinabove, you are hereby notified that the plaintiff, The Hometown Savings Bank f/k/a Terre Haute Savings Bank, on the 18th day of February 2022, filed its Amended Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage in the Court and cause stated above by which you as said defendant(s) have been sued by said plaintiff.
The nature of the suit against you is to foreclose a mortgage and the details are stated in the Amended Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage. The Amended Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage also states what the plaintiff requests from the court and the amount demanded, if any, by the plaintiff.
Any of the defendants to this cause who have not already received Service of Summons by personal service, must answer the Amended Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage in writing, either individually or by your attorney(s) on or before thirty (30) days following the date of the last publication of this notice, or a judgment may be entered against you if you fail to so answer as the plaintiff has demanded.
