NCP Receives Grant Money
NCP RECEIVES GRANT MONEY. North Central Parke staff members and groups were presented with $21,500 in grant money from International Paper in Cayuga. Kaitlyn Noerenberg, Mike Grubb, Toni Hampton and Becky Loudermilk as well as the Parke Heritage High School drama department each received grant funding. Mrs. Noerenberg received $3,000 to purchase manipulatives for her classroom and items to help students with their fine motor skills. Miss Hampton plans to use the $9,000 that she received to purchase playground equipment for the pre-school. Receiving $1,500, Ms. Loudermilk will be ordering more drawing paper and supplies for her art classes. With the $5,000 that Mr. Grubb received, he plans to obtain more STEM materials. Under the direction of Jana Crites and Susan Bumgardner, the PHHS drama department will be purchasing more microphones that can be used for student performances.
