SOUTHWEST PARKE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION

PARKE COUNTY, INDIANA

REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR THE 2021 MOWING/GROUNDS KEEPING CONTRACT

Southwest Parke Community School Corporation Board of Trustees will accept sealed quotes until 4:00 p.m. (local time, Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the Administration Building, 4851 South Coxville Road, Montezuma, Indiana for the purpose of contracting the mowing/grounds keeping for Montezuma Elementary, Rosedale Elementary, Riverton Parke Junior-Senior High School, and the corporation owned property located at 634 East Strawberry Road, Montezuma, IN for the 2021 mowing season. The Board will address quotes at the January 13, 2021 meeting.

All quotes must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit. Submitted quotes are to include a certificate of insurance, machinery/equipment list, and four client references with contact person.

Said Board of School Trustees reserves the right to :

  1. Accept any quote within sixty (60) days after the time of opening, during which time no quote shall be withdrawn.
  2. To reject any and all quotes.
  3. Waive any informalities
  4. To accept the lowest most responsible and responsive quote as defined by Indiana Statutes.
