Postponements Continue For High School Sports

Postponements continue to occupy most high school athletic director’s days as the pandemic plays havoc with winter sports schedules.

Riverton Parke is still out until December 1 at the earliest. Last Thursday’s game at Dugger and last night’s (Tuesday, November 24) game at Covington have been shelved for now, as well as the Saturday game with Cristo Rey at home. The Lady Panthers are scheduled to host Cascade next Tuesday and Parke Heritage Friday night in the opening game of the Banks of the Wabash Classic.

The Parke Heritage girls were scheduled to visit Terre Haute North Vigo last night after Monday’s game at Clay City was put on hold. The lady Wolves will travel to Southmont next Tuesday and make-up the Clay City game Thursday.
