Pleasing to the Eye

PLEASING TO THE EYE. The yard and flower gardens of Dale and Judy Payne, of 102 W. Stark St., are being honored once again by MainStreet Rockville, with the Pride Award, for their continuous efforts to add a positive look to our community. Originally honored in September of 2011, the Payne’s have consistently worked hard to maintain a beautiful property for all of us to enjoy. This award does not signify the value or size of one’s home, rather the overall look of the flower beds, vegetable gardens and lawn. As always, judging is impartial and anonymously completed.
