ORDINANCE NO. 2026-12
AN ORDINANCE to approve the submitted plat.
WHERE AS, the Parke County Plan Commission heard a proposal for the aforementioned plat of Guardian Property Investments, LLC on May 28, 2026, at its regularly scheduled public meeting;
AND WHEREAS, on that date, said Commission decided by unanimous vote to recommend that said proposal be adopted by the Parke County Board of Commissioners and duly certified said recommendation to the Parke County Board of Commissioners on the 6th day of July , 2026;
AND WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-608(e), the Parke County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to adopt said proposal as certified;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PARKE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, PURSUANT TO I.C. 36-7-4-608(e), THAT:
Guardian Property Investments, LLC subdivision be approved.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Zoning Administrator for the Parke County Plan Commission shall update the County Zoning maps in accordance with this decision.
Unanimous consent of all members present on July 6, 2026 to consider the ordinance on the same date as introduced.
