Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Vermillion Circuit Court of Vermillion County against the above-named Defendants, Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants. Robert A. Dunkley and Tommie L. Dunkley, upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following described real estate:
The following described Real Estate in Vermillion County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Numbered Thirty-one (31), Thirty-two (32) and Thirty-three (33) in the Town of West Clinton, Indiana, County of Vermillion, State of Indiana.
Commonly known as: 405 W. Washington St., Clinton, IN 47842
Therefore, said Defendants shall be notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint and that unless said Defendants appear and answer within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered against the Defendants for the relief sought in the Complaint.
