JUDY LEE WELCH-RADLOFF

Judy Lee Welch-Radloff, 74, of Strasburg, Illinois, passed away at 3:40 a.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in Shelbyville Manor.

Judy was born October 29, 1951, in Rockville, the daughter of Charles Walter and Anna Mae (Robertson) Frost.

In keeping with Judy’s wishes, her life will be celebrated privately. In memory of Judy, memorials may be given to the Stew-Stras Book Club and mailed to Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, 415 N.
