Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management

IUOE Local 841 Apprenticeship & Training (2034 CR 1800 S. Clinton, IN 47842) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirement of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the New Office & Training Facility site located east of the IUOE Local 841 building at 2034 CR 1800 S, Clinton, Indiana 47842. Runoff from the project site will discharge through the detention system to Brouilletts Creek.
