NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2207-MF-000208, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its Individual Capacity but Solely as Owner Trustee for REO Trust 2017-RPL was the Plaintiff, and Douglas D. Little; and Tamera A. Little, Deceased, and Her Heirs-At-Law, Devisees, Legatees, Descendants, Personal Representatives, Executors, Trustees, and Administrators were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on March 21, 2024, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. of said day, at 458 W. Strawberry Rd., Rockville 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana:
