TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

 

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2304-MF-000119, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Lynn A. Fagg, AKA Lynn Fagg, Sharon R. Blackburn, AKA Sharon Blackburn, William Blackburn and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 16th day of November, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

Lot No. Three (3) in John H. Baldridge Addition to the town of Rosedale, Parke County, Indiana, except 30 feet of even width off of the south end thereof.

 

More commonly known as: 62 North Depot, Rosedale, IN 47874 Parcel No. 61-14-27-407-015.000-004

 

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.

 

“Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause 61C01-2304-MF-000119 in the Circuit Court of the County of Parke, Indiana.”
