NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61CO1-2306-MF-199 wherein Integrity Solutions Realty, LLC was the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Creditors of Ellen Lucille Morlan; Joyce Wolfe, as Possible Heir of Ellen Lucille Morlan; Dale Lang, as Possible Heir of Ellen Lucille Morlan; and the Unknown Tenants or Occupants were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, l will expose at public salt: to the highest bidder,  on  the 16 day of November, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. of said day  or as soon thereafter at 458  W. Strawberry  Rd., Rockville, Indiana 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana, to wit:
