TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

 

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2306-MF-000187, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Aria Krystal Crotty, as Heir to the Estate of Robert J. Crotty Jr., S. Joseph Razmus, as Personal Representative for the Estate of Robert J. Crotty Jr., Home Loan Investment Bank, F.S.B and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 16th day of November, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

Lots Numbered One Hundred Ninety-Nine (199) and Two Hundred (200) in Hill’s Addition to the Town of Montezuma, Parke County, Indiana as per plat thereof recorded May 6, 1854 in Plat Book 1, Page 52 in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.

 

Including that manufactured home more specifically described as 1983 Redmon Homes, Model Number: 56G3BDR, Serial Number: 14304016 , HUD Tag Number: pfs068249250  which has become affixed to and is taxed as real property commonly described as 857 Monroe Street, Montezuma, Indiana, 47862.

 

More commonly known as: 857 Monroe Street, Montezuma, IN 47862 Parcel No. 61-05-36-106-014.000-013, 61-05-36-106-017.000-013

 

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.

“Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause 61C01-2306-MF-000187 in the Circuit Court of the County of Parke, Indiana.”
