TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2106-MF-000217 wherein The Fountain Trust Company, Covington, Indiana, was Plaintiff, and Roger D. Lawson and Bank of America, N.A., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of September, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, Indiana  47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

Beginning at a point one hundred twenty-eight and seven tenths (128.7) feet East; thence four hundred six and five tenths (406.5) feet South, eleven (11) degrees and fifty (50) minutes East of the Northwest corner of Section six (6), Township fourteen (14) North, Range seven (7) West; measure North seventy-eight (78) degrees ten (10) minutes East two hundred eleven and seventy-six hundredths (211.76) feet; thence South eleven (11) degrees fifty (50) minutes East fifty-seven and seven tenths (57.7) feet; thence South seventy-eight (78) degrees ten (10) minutes West two hundred eleven and seventy-six hundredths (211.76) feet; thence North eleven (11) degrees fifty (50) minutes West fifty-seven and seven tenths (57.7) feet to the place of beginning, CONTAINING twenty-eight hundredths (0.28) of an acre, more or less;

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
