Legatees, and Creditors of Ellen Lucille Morlan and any other person who may be concerned.

 

You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named, and this summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts, upon diligence inquiry, is unknown: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Creditors of Ellen Lucille Morlan regarding the foreclosure of residential real estate of which you may claim some interest. You must answer the In Rem Complaint on Promissory Note and to Foreclose Mortgage in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the third publication of this Notice of Action to Foreclose Mortgage. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. If you fail to answer the Complaint, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
