TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

 

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2211-MF-000352 wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc. was Plaintiff, and William Rayborn II and Portfolio Recovery Associates were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of May, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 15 North Range 7 West of the Second Principal Meridian located in Adams Township, Parke County, Indiana and described as follows: From the Southwest corner (Survey marker found) of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township and Range aforesaid, proceed North 0 degrees 14 minutes 18 seconds West (Deed bearing of record) with the West line of the said Northeast Quarter for a distance of 58.80 feet to a survey marker set for a point of beginning; thence continue North 0 degrees 14 minutes 18 seconds West along an existing fence for a distance of 336.07 feet to a Survey marker found; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes 55 seconds East for a distance of 1336,93 feet, passing a Survey marker found on the right-of-way of a county road; thence with the centerline of said road by the following chords of undefined curves by the following four courses; South 5 degrees 13 minutes 37 seconds West 134.13 feet, South 17 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds West 108.25 feet, South 45 degrees 28 minutes 34 seconds West 19.95 feet, thence passing a Survey marker set on the right-of-way of said county road, North 89 degrees 34 minutes 55

seconds West for a distance of 1205.22 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.02 acres, more or less.
