Pastor Mark Allen Kelley, 67, of Marshall, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at his home.

Services in honor of his life were held Saturday, February 25 at Faith Mountain Full Gospel Church. Burial followed at Livingston Cemetery in Marshall with military rites.
