FARM GROUND FOR CASH RENT LEASE

North Central Parke Schools is accepting bids for the cash rent lease of approximately 40 acres located at Gideon Field, 400 Strawberry Road, Rockville, Indiana. Approximately 30 acres will be for crop production and 10 acres for grass (hay) production. The lease shall be for a period of 5 crop years, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027. Bids must be submitted in writing and are due no later than 1:00 p.m. on January 25, 2023 in the Administration Office of North Central Parke Community Schools. All bids will be made public after the opening.
