Legal Notice – King, Parke County, Zoning Appeals

I, Alvin King, will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a special exception on property located at 757 E. 200 S., Rockville, IN 47872. Situated in Adams Township 15, Section 19, Range 7, Parke County, Indiana containing 5.20 acres. The property is zoned AP-agriculture productive. The special exception if approved, would allow a rural business use for a sawmill. The petition will be reviewed by the Parke County Planning Commission at their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the Parke County, Purdue Extension Office at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, IN 47872. The Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals will then hear the petition at their scheduled meeting on December 15, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. at the same meeting location. A copy of the application will be kept for public inspection in the Parke County Plan Commission Office, 116 W. High St., Room 105, Rockville, IN 47872. Written objections should be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Oral objections will be heard at the hearing on December 15, 2022, and the hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
