Legal Notice – Construction Stormwater General Permit

In compliance with IDEM Construction Stormwater General Permit, notice is hereby given that construction of section 1 of the Parke Community Rail Trail located near Rosedale, Florida Township, Parke County, Indiana, is scheduled to commence December 2022 and construction should be completed by December 2024. The construction will include 2 miles of multi-use trails. Run-off from the project site will be routed into existing storm sewers and drainage swales. Swope Ditch and Big Raccoon Creek will be the final receiving bodies of water.
