Legal Notice – Parke County, Southwest Parke Schools

NOTICE OF DETERMINTAION TO ISSUE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2022

Taxpayers of the Southwest Parke Community School Corporation (the “School Corporation”), are hereby notified that the School Corporation has determined to issue its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022 (the “Bonds”) in accordance with Indiana Code 20-48-1-1, as amended, in the amount of not to exceed $500,000 for the purpose of providing funds for improving school property. This notice is provided in accordance with Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-5.
