Carol L. Singleton

Carol Ann Singleton, 88, of Rockville, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022.

Per Carol’s wishes, she was cremated and will be scattered in the places that she requested. A private family gathering will be held. In lieu of flowers, Carol’s family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Foundation for the Blind at afb.org.
