NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Parke Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2103-MF-000087, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1999-5 was Plaintiff, and Sean Emmons a/k/a Sean C. Emmons and Tina Emmons a/k/a Tina M. Emmons were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of November, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Lot 27 in Tuberosa West Subdivision (also known as Villarosa Subdivision) as per plat thereof recorded In Plat Book 4, page 40, in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
