Elements Engineering (P.O. Box 50656, Indianapolis, IN 46250) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Little Raccoon Creek Restoration Project, located at 289 N. Alan Drive, Rockville, IN 47872. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Little Raccoon Creek.
