Legal Notice – Discharge Storm Water from Construction Activities

DGOGRockvillein04022022, LLC (1598 Imperial Center, Suite 2001 West Plains, MO 65775) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Dollar General Store located at 606 E Ohio Street in Rockville, IN 47872.
