Deja Rhiannon NuChurch, whose mailing address is: 2508 S. Russell Ridge Road, Rockville, IN 47872, in the Parke County, Indiana, hereby gives notice that Deja Rhiannon NuChurch has filed a petition in the Parke County Court requesting that name be changed to Maxine Rhiannon Young.

Notice is further given that the hearing will be held on said Petition on Aug. 11, 2022 10:30 a.m.
