LEGAL NOTICE
I, Charles Jackson on behalf of Nevins Enterprises, LLC, will be petitioning the Parke County Plan Commission to Amend the Zoning Ordinance on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Extension Office Meeting room at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, IN 47872. The petition is to subdivide approximately thirty-six (36) acres in two (2) phases for a residential subdivision to be named Nevins Estates Subdivision. Situated in the County of Parke, Union Township and being a part of the PT NW ¼ 15-15-6, NW SE 15-15-6, and PT SW 15-15-6 of the Second Principle Meridian consisting of privately owned property. The property is zoned RA-residential. A copy of the application will be kept in the Parke County Plan Commission office at 116 W. High St., Room 105, Rockville, IN for public inspection. Written objections can be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Oral objections will be heard at the hearing on June 23, 2022. The hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
