LEGAL NOTICE

I, David M. Stoltzfus, will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a special exception on property located at 4453 E. 1150 N., Marshall, IN 47859. Situated in Sugar Creek Township, Section 12, Range 7, Parke County, Indiana containing 80 acres. The property is zoned AP-agriculture productive. The special exception if permitted, would allow a rural business use for a sawmill. The Parke County Plan Commission will review the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on June 23, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Parke County Extension Office at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, Indiana 47872. The Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals will then hear the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on the same day, June 23, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the same meeting location following the Plan Commission. A copy of the application will be kept in the Parke County Plan Commission office, Room 105, Courthouse, Rockville, Indiana for public inspection. Written objections can be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Oral objections will be heard at the hearing on June 23, 2022 and the hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
