NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2201-MF-000016 wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a/ Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc. was Plaintiff, and Dalton Clark, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of July, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 7 West, Parke County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing 76 rods and 14 1/2 links West of the Northeast corner of said quarter; thence West 9 rods and 18 3/4 links; thence South to a point on the right-of-way of the C.H. & D Railway Company about 10 rods and 6 links; thence in a Northeasterly direction along said right-of-way 10 rods; thence North 7 rods and 16 1/2 links to the place of beginning. Subject to all highways, rights of way and easements.
