NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1907-MF-000261 wherein Santander Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Stacey N. Poole a/k/a Stacy Nicole Coleman, James Coleman a/k/a James D. Coleman a/k/a James David Coleman a/k/a David Coleman and ARM Recovery Trust were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of July, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 7 West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 7 West, running thence East 15 1/2 rods; thence South 353 fee; thence West 15 1/2 rods to the West line of said Quarter Section; thence North 353 feet to the place of beginning, EXCEPT a strip 16 1/2 feet wide off the North side of the above described tract.
