Notice to Bidders

 

The Town of Rockville is accepting bids for the Beechwood Park Pavilion Painting Project. The scope of this project includes:

 

1) Preparation to include scraping and power washing of areas to be painted

 

2) Wood treatment with water sealant/protectant

 

3) Painting of designated areas with high quality exterior latex paint (2 coats)

 

Bidders are to include an itemized quote of materials, quantities, labor and total costs, as well as certificate of insurance.

 

Bids must be received in a sealed envelope at the Rockville Town Clerk’s Office located at 103 W High Street, PO Box 143, Rockville, IN 47872, C/O Parks Department no later than 8:00 am on Thursday, June 2nd.

 

Bid opening will take place at 8:05 am on June 2nd, 2022 at the Rockville Town Hall, 103 W High St, Rockville, IN.

 

Bids will be awarded Monday June 6th, 2022 at 5:00 pm

 

Bid Advertisements will run 5/18/22 and 5/25/22 in the Rockville, Terre Haute, and Crawfordsville papers.
