NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2111-MF-000427 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Michael A. Peterson, Rita Peterson aka Rita N. Peterson, United States of America through its Department of Housing & Urban Development and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of May, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Part of the North Half (N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range Six (6) West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing eight hundred (800) feet East of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter for a place of beginning; running thence East with the highway on the North line of said Southwest quarter two hundred twenty (220) feet to a point; thence South two hundred forty-four (244) feet to a point; thence West two hundred twenty (220) feet to a point; thence North two hundred forty-four (244) feet to the section line and place of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less.
