Public Notice – Registration of Antenna Structures


Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Cellect Towers intends to construct a communications facility at an address 7048 E. Mansfield Road, Rockville, Parke County, Indiana (Latitude: N 39 40 28.97 and Longitude: W 87 06 24.15). The facility will include a self support lattice telecommunications tower with an overall height of 290 ft. and associated equipment. Cellect Towers is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission  regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
