PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Cellect Towers intends to construct a communications facility at an address 7048 E. Mansfield Road, Rockville, Parke County, Indiana (Latitude: N 39 40 28.97 and Longitude: W 87 06 24.15). The facility will include a self support lattice telecommunications tower with an overall height of 290 ft. and associated equipment. Cellect Towers is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Local Notice as Part of the Environmental Notification Process for the Registration of Antenna Structures
All interested persons are invited to review and request further environmental processing of an FCC application proposing the following telecommunications antenna structure at 7048 E. Mansfield Road, Rockville, Parke County, Indiana (Latitude: N 39 40 29/ Longitude: W 87 06 24.2). FCC filing number A1209461 proposes a 280 ft. self support lattice communications tower (plus 10 ft. appurtenance) and is to be marked/lighted in accordance with FAA Advisory circular 70/7460-1 M, Obstruction Marking and Lighting, a med-dual system-Chapters 4,8(M-Dual),&15.
