NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION

 

Notice is hereby given that on 2/23/2022, Gary A. Morlan was appointed administrator of the estate of Clarence William Morlan, deceased, who died on December 19, 2021. Gary A. Morlan is serving as administrator of the decedent’s estate and was authorized to proceed under supervised administration.

 

All persons having claims against the estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
