If you are wanting a unique retreat from everyday life, the 1938 Barn may be just what you are looking for.
The 1938 Barn is located South off Indiana 59, one mile north of Mansfield. It is owned by Justin and Brie Potts.
The barn and farm were originally built and owned by Justin’s great-grandfather. In 2008, Justin and his father began a renovation of the barn that had been falling apart. After two years, the barn was completed with a few other projects being done recently including a bathroom remodel and new flooring.
The 1938 Barn has two floors. The main floor has an apartment in the front, a butcher shop in the middle with a garage in the back. The apartment has a small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The loft has a pool table, darts and a seating area.
