NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2109-MF-000333 wherein American Advisors Group was Plaintiff, and James H. Bryant, Heir of Edna Louise Norman, deceased; Sylvia Sue Johnson, Heir of Edna Louise Norman, deceased; Pamela Bryant, Heir of Edna Louise Norman, deceased; Kimberly Clark, Heir of Edna Louise Norman, deceased; Unknown Heirs and/or Devisees of Edna Louise Norman, deceased; Estate of Edna Louise Norman, deceased; Roy Lee Norman A/K/A Roy L. Norman, Deceased were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of March, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 W. Strawberry Road Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

Lot Number Thirteen (13) in the original Town of Montezuma, Parke County, Indiana, as shown on the recorded plat thereof.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
