Townhomes On Main Accepting Applications

The Townhomes on Main project is well underway. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,200 square foot units are going to be available in no time.

For those interested, an application must be completed in its entirety and supplemental information must be included. All applications take 10 to 14 days to process. Each adult (18 and older) needs to complete their own application.

The following documents need to be included at time of submission:

–Copy of ID’s,

–Copy of social security cards,

–Copy of birth certificates for everyone 17 and under,

–And proof of income.

There is no application fee but a security deposit of $250, pet deposit of $99 and monthly pet rent of $25 are required upon approval.
