Simpson Named All Tourney

SIMPSON NAMED ALL TOURNEY. Freshman Parke Heritage High School girls basketball player Emma Simpson was named to the Jenni Marietta Holiday Classic All-Tournament team. The girls’ basketball team participated in this tournament over winter break. They were runners-up in the tourney falling to Northview 43-47. In the first game, they defeated South Vermillion, 45-25 and in a nail-biter of a game, the team was victorious over West Vigo, 46-42 in overtime. (photo submitted)
