Public Notice – Petition, Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals, Swarey, Marshall

LEGAL NOTICE

We, David Swarey and Aaron Swarey of Rockville Farmstead Dairy, will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a special exception on property located at 3971 N. Marshall Rd.., Marshall, IN 47859.  Property is located in Washington Township, Section 21, Range 7., Parke County Indiana and is zoned AP-agriculture productive.  The special exception if permitted would allow a rural business use for a milk processing facility with retail sales.  The Parke County Plan Commission will review the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on January 27, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Parke County Extension Office at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, Indiana 47872.  The Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals will then hear the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting January 27, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the same meeting location following the Plan Commission.  A copy of the application will be kept in the Parke County Plan Commission office, Room 105, Courthouse, Rockville, Indiana for public inspection. Written objections can be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Oral objections will be heard at the hearing on January 27, 2022 and the hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
