Notice is hereby given that Peggy A. Wirth was on December 6, 2021, appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Gary W. Urbain who died on September 25, 2021.

 

All persons who have claims against the Estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the Office of the Parke County Clerk within three (3) months from the date of first publication of this Notice or within nine (9) months after the Decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
