NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Parke County, Indiana will receive sealed bids at the office of the County Auditor located on the first floor of the Courthouse, 116 W High Street, Room 104, Rockville, IN 47872, until the hour of 3:00 PM local time on Monday, January 3, 2022. Bids will be opened Monday, January 3, 2022 and awarded Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 4:00 pm local time at the Emergency Services building located at 110 E High Street on the following items:
One (1) new tandem axle dump truck
All interested bidders shall contact the office of the County Superintendent, 306 N. Lincoln Rd, Rockville, IN 47872, for specifications regarding the above mentioned piece of equipment. All bids must be submitted on Form 95 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts of the State of Indiana, together with a certified check or bid bond equal to five (5) percent of the bid, together with a signed affidavit of non-collusion. The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and or all bids, and to determine the character and sufficiency of each bid.
