NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Co-Alliance Cooperative, Inc.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Co-Alliance Cooperative, Inc. will be called to order at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Indianapolis Marriott North Hotel for the following purposes:
- To present reports from Management and the Board of Directors as well as a Financial Review of 2021 business.
- To transact such business as may properly come before the meeting.
- Patronage checks will be distributed via US Mail.
A copy of the Annual Report will be reviewed at the meeting and will be mailed out to all member-customers following the annual meeting.
