Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of November, David A. Whittenmyer and Gretchen Mae Whittenmyer-Stone filed a complaint to Quiet Title in the above-captioned cause, a signed copy of the Affidavit is on file with the Clerk of the Parke Circuit Court.

Anyone objecting to said petition must do so within thirty (30) days after the last publication of notice of this action or said petition will be heard and determined by the Court, and judgment may be entered for the relief requested.

Commence at a point 220 feet South from the South side of Parke Street where Erie Street intersects with Parke Street in the Town of Rockville, Parke County, Indiana; thence South 65 feet along the East side of Erie Street; thence East 150 feet; thence North 65 feet; thence West 150 feet to the place of beginning; being a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 15 North, Range 7 West, containing .22 acres, more or less.
