ORDINANCE 2021-09

 

Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Rockville, Indiana, that upon passage of this ordinance, due publication of this notice as required by I.C. 5-3-1, the requirements of I.C. 36-7-4 that:

The Zoning Map shall be amended whereby, 910 Sycamore Drive in the Town of Rockville, Indiana shall be rezoned from R-1 to R-3. (Full legal attached as exhibit A hereto).

 

Dated this 15 day of November, 2021.

 

Unanimous consent of Town Council members present on November 15th, 2021 to consider the ordinance on same date as introduced.
