I, Greg E. Larson, will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance of use on October 28, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., at the Parke County Extension Office meeting room, located at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, Indiana. Variance would apply to property located at 185 S. 350 E., Rockville, IN 47872, in Adams Township 15, Section 10, Range 7. The property is zoned agriculture productive (AP). I am requesting zoning approval for an event venue. A copy of the application will be available at the Parke County Plan Commission office at 116 W. High St., Room 105, Rockville, Indiana for inspection. Written objections can be filed in the Plan Commission office. Oral objections will be heard at the meeting on October 28, 2021. The hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
