NOTICE OF SUIT
To the defendants named below herein, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above.
The nature of the suit is the Complaint to Quiet Title upon the property located in 8691 S. Bridgeton Road Rosedale, Indiana 47874 to wit:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 7 West of the Second Principal Meridian, Parke County, Indiana more particularly described as follows:
Considering the South line of said Southwest Quarter as bearing South 88 degrees 36 minutes 18 seconds East with all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 22 monumented by a 5/8 inch rebar with cap (herein called “monument”); thence on and along the South line of said Southwest Quarter, South 88 degrees 36 minutes 18 seconds East 668.58 feet to a monument at the Southeast Corner of that certain parcel of land described in deed recorded in Book 199, page 500, records of said county; thence on and along the East line of said certain parcel, North 01 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds West 1643.34 feet to a monument, same being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88 degrees 04 minutes 32 seconds West 622.50 feet to a monument on the West line of said Southwest Quarter; thence on and along said West line, North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds 119.55 feet to a monument at the beginning of a tangent curve to the Right, having a radius of 136.22 feet and a central angle of 51 degrees 01 minutes 07 seconds, a radial line passing through said monument bears West 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds; thence leaving said West line on and along the arc of said curve, same being the Centerline of a certain county road, 121.30 feet to a monument; thence leaving said curve tangent on and along said Centerline, North 51 degrees 01 minutes 07 seconds East 218.15 feet to a monument on the Westerly extension of an existing fence line; thence on and along said Westerly extension and said fence line, South 74 degrees 31 minutes 24 seconds East 409.15 feet to a Wood corner post on the East line of said certain parcel, thence on and along said East line; South 01 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds East 274.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above-described parcel contains 4.33 acres more or less.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are not known with certainty:
And any other persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein
You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment maybe entered against you-for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
