Richard John Kremer, 86, passed away August 5, 2021, peacefully in his home in Bloomingdale.

A private burial service will take place.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Parke County Fairgrounds, 1472 N. U.S. 41, Rockville, October 3, 2021, 1 to 4 p.m. Memorials can be sent to the Parke County Foundation, 115 N. Mark Street, P.O. Box 276, Rockville, Indiana 47872. Care entrusted to Barnes and Rice Funeral Home, Rockville.
