By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Parke Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2011-MF-000378, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the AFC Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2000-2 was Plaintiff, and Mary Jo Williamson was a Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of September, 2021, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
